IHATOVE operates a physical store in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture.
- As we also sell in physical stores, there may be discrepancies in stock numbers shown on our website.
- We will generally check emails regarding orders, inquiries, etc. during the same business hours as our physical stores (OPEN 12:00 - 20:00 / Closed on Tuesdays), so please understand this before placing your order.
All operations on our website may be suspended during the summer holidays, New Year's holidays, and purchasing periods. Details will be announced on the topics section or business calendar.
- Our products are photographed with a digital camera. We strive to provide images that are as close to the actual product as possible, but the actual product may look slightly different depending on the shooting conditions, the type of display you are using, and the settings.
- Please be aware that some of the products we carry may be deformed or damaged if subjected to strong impact.
- We use recycled cardboard and materials for packaging.
- You can also send your purchase as a gift to a different address from the person who made the purchase. We will gift-wrap the item and send it directly to the recipient without enclosing an invoice.
How to order
- Select a product
- Please select the quantity, type, size, etc. from the item page you want, and click the "ADD TO CART" button. Once you have added all the items you want to your cart, please enter the required information.
- Enter the required information
- Please enter the necessary information such as your name, address, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment method, and then click "Confirm Order." If you would like to use our gift service, please check "Use Gift Service," and if you would like your item wrapped, please select "Gift Wrapping."
Please confirm your order details on the next page and, if there are no errors, click "Place Order." Once your order is confirmed, you will automatically receive an email with the subject "Order Confirmation Email (Automatic Delivery)" detailing your order. Please make sure your email settings allow you to receive emails from us at ihatove_s@yahoo.co.jp . - Payment and shipping
- We will check stock availability within two business days of your order and send you an order confirmation email with the subject "Thank you for your order." This email will include details such as bank transfer details, the total amount including shipping, and the estimated shipping date. If you selected bank transfer as your payment method after receiving this email, please transfer the payment within three days. After confirming your payment, we will begin preparing your order for shipping, and once it has shipped, you will receive an email confirming that it has been shipped. Delivery times for your product will be approximately two days to one week after your order (this may vary depending on stock availability).

About international shipping

We use EMS (Express Mail Service) for shipping overseas.
After shipping, delivery and customs clearance procedures will be handled as international cargo, so delivery may take longer than usual.
In addition, depending on the destination country or region, delivery may not be possible, or the item may be delayed or returned.
Any delays, damage or loss during transportation is the responsibility of the delivery company and we cannot provide compensation.
Due to Japan Post's suspension of mail delivery to the US, packages addressed to the US will be shipped via Yamato Transport's international courier service. After arriving in the US, they will be delivered by UPS, Yamato Transport's partner delivery company. - Overseas shipping fees

- If the product is damaged due to problems during transportation
- In the case of a defective product with scratches or stains (excluding acknowledged scratches or those due to the characteristics of the material)

For both returns and exchanges, please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving the product. We will contact you regarding the return or exchange procedure. If you send the product directly without contacting us, or if you return the product unilaterally without waiting for our reply, we will not accept the return.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of purchased products except in cases of defective products or incorrect delivery. The size chart is based on measurements of actual products in our store, but please note that there may be slight differences even for the same item.

- Measure from seam to seam on both shoulders.
- Chest width
- Measure between the left and right sides slightly below the armpits.
- Length
- Measure from the center of the back neckline to the hem (if the garment has a collar, do not include the height of the collar).
- Sleeve Length
- Measure from shoulder seam to cuff.
- Waist
- Measure the waistline from side to side and double it.
- Thigh width
- Measure the width at the base of your thighs.
- Rise
- Measure in a straight line from the crotch seam to the front rise.
- inseam
- Measure the length from the inner thigh seam (where the crotch seams intersect) to the hem along the inner thigh seam.
