Order Expiration

Orders are valid for 3 days from the order date. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you accordingly.

Payment Deadline

For bank transfers, payment must be completed within 3 days of ordering. If payment is not confirmed by the specified date, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Delivery Time

For advance payment: items are shipped within the same day to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
For other payment methods: items are shipped within the same day to 3 business days after the order is confirmed.
For pre-order items, we will contact you by email with the estimated shipping date as soon as the item arrives.

Delivery may be delayed during busy seasons or due to weather or traffic conditions. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
If an item is out of stock, we will inform you within 2 days and discuss the delivery schedule.

Defective Items

If the product arrives damaged, stained, or faulty, please contact us by email within 3 days of delivery. We will exchange the item at our expense. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund via bank transfer.
Please note that we do not accept returns for customer convenience. Due to the nature of online sales, we cannot accept requests for returns based on color differences from what was expected.
