Tochca is a brand that began producing leather goods in Hiroshima in 1999. Their designs are characterized by their simplicity and functional beauty. Eme is a type of leather called reverse (inside out). While compact, its accordion-style interior makes it a wallet with ample storage. This leather is made by taking rawhide with many scratches on the grain (front) and then polishing the base (back) side, so that the front and back sides can be used in reverse. However, at Tochca, we purposely use the grain (front) side, which has many scratches and is intended for the back, as the front.
