This newsboy bag was found in California in the 1930s and was used by newspaper delivery boys. It retains the original wide shoulder handles to reduce shoulder strain and the wide gusset, but the length of the shoulder handles has been shortened to resemble a crossbody bag. The shoulder handles are stitched at deliberately random intervals to create a rugged, vintage look. The riveted details and stitching found on older newsboy bags are faithfully reproduced. It is made from washed, vintage-style canvas and features iron parts.
