Based on Taiga Takahashi's iconic Lot.601 Tee Shirt, the shoulder slope was redesigned to improve the underarm fit. The material is a jersey fabric with a hand-spun texture. It uses yarn reproduced with modern technology from yarn spun by "gara-bo", a domestic spinning machine invented in the Meiji era. This yarn is spun at a lower speed than regular spun yarn, resulting in a light and soft texture that contains air. Natural unevenness is expressed by mixing fallen cotton with Supima cotton. Both sumi (ink) dyeing and mud dyeing are garment-dyed.
